About ITC

The ITC Services is a department under the Ministry of Communications and is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Government IT network, otherwise known as GOVNET. It has a very unique working environment where the atmosphere is full of enthusiasm, challenges and innovation. ITC Service’s strategic priorities is to make government priority services available online. The department is also managing the entire government ICT network and infrastructure and ensure a reliable and secure government network (GOVNET) that enables the government to maintain quality and high level of services through email, internet, hosting, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and other ICT services

Eligibility

All applicants for employment in the ITC Services must be of good character, with a background that demonstrates their commitment to the public service values contained in the Fijian Constitution. Applicants must also be Fijian Citizens, under age 55, in sound health, with a clear police record. The selected applicant will be required to provide a medical certificate and police clearance prior to taking up duty.

  1. A cover letter addressing the knowledge, skills, experience and abilities required (as stipulated in the Role Description available from the Ministry Website above) for the position; no more than two (2) pages.
