Application Support

The Application Support Team (AST) is responsible for application support, application implementation and development, business analysis, and database management services to our customers.

The Application Support Team supports and maintains applications developed inhouse.as well as applications developed by external vendors.

The application support services consist of:

  • how to use software efficiently and effectively
  • troubleshooting application problems
  • educating customers,
  • access security
  • Upgrading of applications with new releases

The application implementation and development services consist of evaluating, designing, developing, installing, configuring, documenting, and deploying applications.
