Professionalism is something very important in the ITC. It is a quality we can all use to succeed in life. Professionalism is something not exclusive to any one profession. The ITC will display all the qualities it takes to uphold a professional demeanor in life and in the workplace. Appearance is a major factor in attaining a professional respect within the workplace. Our first impression is paramount and so goes the opinion of customers and staff. Sometimes our appearance is the only thing someone observes, so being well kept is something that should be taken seriously. Punctuality is another factor that must be factored in. Timeliness is something that ITC can base decisions on so it is essential for its employees to meet timelines on allocated tasks. As service providers, the overall conduct of ITC personnel will be of a high standard in order to maintain its standard of professionalism.

Customer Friendliness

Being "customer-friendly" requires more than a smile and a pleasant manner. It requires ITC employees to demonstrate to our customers that the ITC really cares about them and their problems. The ITC will build support with customers and take the confusion out of explanations and directions and also say "no" to a customer in a positive way. ITC will learn to listen reflectively and actively in order to provide its service to the customer’s satisfaction. This is a continuous developing factor in our values and at the end of the day, ITC will have completed a personalized customer-friendly action plan that it can begin to implement as soon as we meet our next customer.

Dedication to Duty

All members of the ITC must remain committed to their obligations and be physically and mentally capable of performing their tasks at all times. Consequently, the ITC views seriously any impediment to those capabilities such as misuse of alcohol and ‘yaqona’, and the illegal use of drugs. Maintaining integrity ensures the trust and the respect of the workers whom managers are privileged to lead.
