Our E-Gov Program

The current eGovernment program implemented by ITCS involves three (3) main streams at the moment:

Public Contact Centre (PCC)

This stream is basically the Government Call Centre at which citizens can call to clarify or complain about any Government Service, ranging from general complaints to Government Shipping Schedules.

Government Information Infrastructure (GII)

The GII stream is responsible for the upgrading and maintenance of the Government Information infrastructure, which involves:

  • Implementation of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) across various ministries and departments
  • Connection of Government Offices to the Government Network (GOVNET)
  • Overseeing the construction of the Government Data Centre


This stream is responsible for managing and developing the various Government Online Applications and websites, and deploying it on the eGovernment SharePoint Framework.
